Shipping policy

The only Cakehound products that can be shipped are non refrigerated items: cookies, buckeyes, pawty hats. We will do our best to make sure your order is protected in its packaging but cannot guarantee they will arrive fully intact. In the event they do arrive broken or damaged, you will not get a refund.
